About

Accreditations and recognition

Since October 2010, we have maintained a quality management system based on the NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2018 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) standard, supporting the technical competence and reliability of our results. In May 2012, we received accreditation from the Mexican Accreditation Entity (ema), followed by international recognition from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in June 2012. These accreditations and recognitions support our services focused on the safety of products for children.

Quality Management services

Besides our accreditations and authorizations, we offer testing services backed by the metrological traceability, which ensures precision, reliability and compliance with other regulatory requirements. This traceability guarantees that our process and measurements keep the optimal performance.

In AsemhLab®, we constantly work to guarantee that the products meet the requirements of safety and quality, consolidating our position as a referent in the industry.

Chemical Branch

Specialized analysis with advanced technologies such as atomic absorption, graphite furnace and gas chromatography, complying with regulations like NOM, NMX, ASTM, CPSC, UNE, and others.

Metal-Mechanical Branch

Mechanical testing to identify potential risks by simulating conditions of use and abuse, ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of products in industrial and consumer sectors.

Quality Control

Analysis and testing with reliable results, supported by trained personnel and an uninterrupted chain of calibrations traceable to recognized national and international standards, guaranteeing quality and reliability in every test.

In AsemhLab®, we meet ourselves in constant evolution to satisfy the necessity of the market, which led us to expand our acting frame towards the metal-mechanical branch and the metrological traceabiliy to identify possible risks in the use of certain products.

At AsemhLab®, we offer reliable analytical services aligned with the Mexican Standard NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2018, to determine the bioavailability of heavy metals, total lead content, as well as the identification of phthalates in products intended for children and consumer products.
