Form for Submitting External Complaints
In case your intention is doing a comment or a suggest and doesn’t express a nonconformity, you can also use this form so it can be registered as part of our feedback system for the constant upgrade, according to the stablished by the ISO 9001:2015 (cláusula 9.1.2) and the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (clause 8.6.2). Only it’ll be managed as a formal complain only if the remitent manifest it that way. The comment could be treated as a constant upgrade just in case it actually helps to optimize our system, those acivities out the lab or costumer services, according to what the standard establishes.
